should you attack the Main Integrators Camp ?
Basically as the title suggests, near to the end of the game im not even sure if i can not attack them completely but is there any value in ignoring the camp? is it better to attack the camp? what have other people found on this?

If you did the Midland-Mission and traded with the Integrators, there is nothing they do for the rest of the campaign - the whole one remaining mission.

The only benefit of not fighting them is that you won't lose troops fighting them. You also miss out on their salvage equipment but at that point, you have your final army already anyway and the main appeal of the mission is for the purpose of getting XP.

okay thanks thats kind what i figured i just wasnt sure if they would help you in the final mission or not if you did midland for them, might as well take them out then
I wouldn't, because this doesn't seem like something Church boy would do.

Although there are a lot of things to loot in the Integrators' camp, attacking another group of survivors who are against the machines doesn't fit Church's character.

Depends though. Since in an earlier mission i gave them back their rail tank, here its both their and the rail gun turret for an Abrams. I say yes because if you can take the crew out of the tank and get yours to fix it proper and sneak the rail turret out, its 2 rail guns for the price of 1, granted its near the end, where hell comes loose. In terms of practicality if you have the vehicles to mount an attack, it would be beneficial as your infantry and heavy weapons can collect the heavy weapons for both the infantry and the vehicles later. though hearing 2 rail guns firing in the end is so satisfying. Besides the integrator stuff you can retrieve if you're careful/ likely to run out of resources later and need to sell something, additional units can be most useful to defend the many sections legion can come from in Galvaston.

NO SPOILERS... so..

I'm playing a few missions over again to see what I missed.. even though I never made it past the 4th or 5th mission in my 1st campaign, I started a new campaign, and I'm keeping those save files for later..

The reason is to train myself enough to feel like I know all the possible buttons for each soldier type regardless if they are outside or inside a vehicle, and many measurements for stealth crawling or firing.. to get to a point where I feel like I had enough knowledge to actually command soldiers as if I was `the character Church..

So in the 3rd mission or so, I'm in Santa Fe, attacking the integrators and NOT attacking the integrators before and after saving each time to see the difference..

When the mission is over, I'm comparing the final screens to see rewards..

Thats all I will say for now..,

this thread is actually about a different time with the integrators, it will come up several times where you can fight them or not fight them. most times other then the last time though you can get a way around fighting them without them knowing you did anything wrong to them. Especially in that mission you can cause them to all die without you fighting them, jsut a tip since you dont want spoilers on how to do this

I played Santa Fe mission multiple times last night trying out different tactics..
The Integrators wanted me to retrieve an item for them.. I let the timer expire, and let them attack me - but I had an Abrams this time, I also tried engineer air strike on the Integrattor TANK..
The airstrike worked enough to weaken it, and I raced a bradley, stryker, and abrams around behind the TANK and killed enemy trying to repair, so then I captured it.. :)

Later I'm going to sell it and make a note of the reward versus other equipment I also captured..
The biggest issue is not knowing before starting any mission, AND having enough tank drivers to leave the area
