Can you fight Bolzano AND free the people at the legion base?

The mission after haven. Can you join the movers to kill Bolzano and free the people to get the striker reward or do both events lockout the other?

It is meant to lock you out.

However, there is an about 10-second window between defeating Balzano and the next phase of the mission triggering. You need to set up the Legion base by killing most defenders ahead of time and then just murdering the survivor in that timeframe, trigger the rescue-dialogue and talk to Harry.

I recommend just trying all the ways the mission can be completed. Some will surprise you.

Snipers in the area where he retreats U head shot him if set to defense mode. he turns red regardless of what you do and that why he gave up the IFV in the process. You can get all the free units, as long u don't select betray Balzano or help Balzano.
