no way to fix air craft

as title states there doesnt seem to be a way to repair the one aircraft you get.

They are soo fragile and are not over-powered. They should have repair points AND they should land anywhere.

That's how they balance it. Aircraft can't be fixed in mission. You can only fix them between missions.

Well, I don't think it's very balanced. It's a weak unit, a glorified taxi, that the majority of players would like to see fixed. The majority. Just do a search and find out how many people want it to have repair points, and if the devs were smart, they would listen to the players. Great game and I hope they make it better.

I love the blackhawk, I wish it was easier to land but was a real boon in Fort Worth, decent vehicle hunter with the guided missiles

Agreed. Landing must be a bug because I can't see anyone designing a unit with such absurd restrictions on where it can land.

i mean... its a helicopter; while agree that there are certain points where i feel like i should be able to land and the game wont let me, irl helos can't just land anywhere, they need a flat, level, VERY large, open area; it makes sense you can't land near anything or on a hill, or rocky/uneven terrain. That being said, i feel like the repair thing is a little ridiculous and mid mission helo repair should absolutely BE a thing; one guy with a single wrench can fix tank guns AND treads AND armor, but can't fix a helicopter rotor and some bullet holes? :/.... callin BS on that one.

So here's what a blackhawk can do. I was in the Corps, we called in a medavak from the side of a hill and an Army blackhawk responded. The slope was soo bad that the helo actually cut the dirt out of the slope of the hill with its blades to get low enough to load up the stretcher. Nothing broke. That pilot had some balls. I never made fun of the Army again, lol. A chopper certianly can land almost anywhere IRL. I'm not arguing with you, just sharing some technical knowledge.

so...are you actually able to take back off when you land a helicopter or not? i've noticed they're just kinda...sitting there whenever i land to offload troops and i can't take back off

you can repaire them after mission with supply but not during mission

There is a bug. If you start to unload before the chopper comes to a complete stop, sometimes it breaks it.
