sorry in advance for my language but am sure you'll understand my frustration

okay am really struggling and need some advice,
how the ♥♥♥♥ did you lot do it cause when i try make a armoured push that arty and those HC platforms somehow THERE SOOO MUCH ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ARTY GETTING GOOD CONSECUTIVE HITS KILLING CREWS, ITS HARD TO PUSH WITHOUT MY VEHICLES LOSING HALF ITS CREW OR DYING making it impossible to even attack and when the tanks and aircraft come in i cant hope of securing the Rocket arty to counter fire cause theres never a moment of peace without legion, lieutenant saxon guy? and Balzano taking turns ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my whole day. even if i lower to story the amount of arty is still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my day :steamsad:

so i really need some tips on how i should continue, am up to the point where i got all my units on the field, currently have my

Vehicle assets my tankers are upgraded with the repair, ROF and driving skill
- Abrams with its plasma gun and grenade launcher,
- a stock bradley and plasma tow bradley
- 1 mini gun, 3 humvees GL, 3 Tows, 2 plasma versions and a mortar car 10 in total
- 1 Mini gun and 1 plasma striker
- 2 cartel tanks
- not important but 2 fuel and 2 ammo trucks

Infantry assets
- 2 SAM and 1 normal ATGM Squad
- 4 mercs and 2 rangers
- 4 infantry squads
- 2 guerrilla teams
- 3 Rpg teams
- 1 tank/heli crew tech and 6 normal technicians some with mine upgrades
- 7 drivers
- 2 minigun team 2 plasma and 2 recoil-less gun teams
- 2 snipers, kondo and a sharpshooter
- 2 engineers and Flinches squad

Edits thinking about falling back to the warehouse reinforment point across the rail lines and guy try sending kondo on a hacking spree

I've finished it on Realistic and good news is, once you deal with Arty. The rest of map becomes, well not easy but normal, since afterwards you can finish map at your own pace.

How I dealt with Arty:
- Moved infantry into those strong buildings (strong cover), cleared the site just North of Ranges, where you get to call in heavy vehicles.
- I had 1 Abrams and two Bradleys so I call them in and moved them just a bit under the overpass. If half of vehicle is under the overpass, the arty will not hit them, but keep hitting the overpass.
- Then i slowly moved vehicles a bit forward to clear bit of other side.
- In the mean time while arty is trying to hit my armor. I move 2 ATGM squads into that tall building just next to overpass. Behind my armor. So they were able to help counter that Legion Tank.
- Then i did a bold and a forced luck move. Moved just a bit one Bradley forward, enough so that it can clearly pop up smoke. Moved my tank into that smoke and it took out Arty. Smoke will mess up ATGM from Legion but if your tank is a bit out of smoke it can target arty without problem.
- After that the rest of map was easy, i mean was allowed to clear it on my own pace.
- It took me lots of tries, save and re-load until i was able to do it.

Tell abrams crew to "botton up". to avoid dying from arty. As for Bradleys, I've noticed they were able to shrug off arty hits pretty good. But I did had ERA on them.
i wasnt able to get the ERA's i've got scrap and ceramic

Tell abrams crew to "botton up". to avoid dying from arty. As for Bradleys, I've noticed they were able to shrug off arty hits pretty good. But I did had ERA on them.
Save the MLRS platforms in the lower middle section of the map when the legion artillery leaves the position for reloading. After that relocate the artillery to a safer back area and counter the legion artillery position by attacking the ground using 'F' key. With some luck you can kill both enemy artillery easily.
Ceramic is also good here, I think it should offer the best protection against energy weapons. If I understood it correctly from description.

After that relocate the artillery to a safer back area and counter the legion artillery position by attacking the ground using 'F' key. With some luck you can kill both enemy artillery easily.

i've been trying to but the furthest arty combined with the constant waves on homunculi and HC platforms make it real hard to secure them long enough to repair and relocate the sometimes the tank north by the arty comes and makes it worse

yeah disc say best against energy and perfect again heat the rest inferior to scrap XD
thinking about the using my guerrillas to C4 the first 2 underpasses

Okay if i go to your 4th underpass with the tall building it seems to bait the tank to advance soo your way seems to be working well :D
