There seems to be a bug though - if you don't free his friends before the last warning (Miguel goes on like: "I'll execute just everyone and be done with it") then Flinch fails to recognize that his friends are alive. (at this stage of the quest he'd normally" mourn his friends" because right after Miguels threat they'd normally die. But I went in guns blazing (all Bradleys just stormed the prison), saved the guys and only have a civil Flinch in my team now (no weapons, no skills). In my previous game session I got a 4 man hacker squad as Flinch then formally re-joins the Founders.
well i like the fact that the integrators give my vehicles some sweet tech to use. And they seem to reward you for doing things for them by giving you more stuff to trade in Taos.
Just by completing their side mission on the road to Albuquerque (retrieve the stuff from the prison) i was able to buy a plasma cannon for my abrams basically at the start of the game, along with carbon reactive armour ( anti plasma armour) for my bradley.
i would assume by doing more missions for them they increase what you can buy from them.
You have a new trade opportunity with them (in in another camp of theirs right before Vega mission, after dealing with the Cartel submission-chain).
Not sure if any good deeds will reflect the goods traded there though - in my previous attempts I was always playing against them and I was still able to buy a lot of shiny toys in that second trade location I mentioned.
just go through the flow eventually you would have them the good side plus you would get more sweet tech but in the latter part
But if you really need those tech just progress with them even if it means killing them in Neuvo
