Does this use the men of war GEM engine?

Men of war assault squad 2 and men of war as well as gates of hell and call to arms look and feel almost exactly the same is all. The similarity in my mind is uncanny. That's all.
But then I guess the engine would support squads forming into cover a little better if it was.
Anyway, I am fine with being wrong. Good to know what engine this is because I really like it and what the game has done. Pretty amazing for a game to have all the modern features you expect from a AAA RTS these days.

Except the Performance. 15fps in Last Mission was s chore. Game runs only on 1 core. You can feel that its simply not Working on such old engine.
