Gift achievement

How do you optain the gift achievement - Obtain a Stryker in Abiquiu
I wouldn't have seen a chance to get a stryker in that mission.

EDIT: I figured it out. You need to talk to Kondo before doing any side missions. Kondo tells you that the mechanic has an underground elevator. If you don't talk to him first (orange mission symbol) but do the side missions beforehand, you have no further chance to talk to him, and you will miss out on the Stryker. Not the best mission design...

On a side note, I think it's clever to leave Bolzano alone in this mission, this way you get the chance to loot another valuable vehicle as well. You can only do one of the two prime side missions before the main story continues.

For the Stryker from the 4th mission you gotta save the civvies in the south and head to Harry the Mechanic to tell him you saved his relative.

Strange, I did this, it was about his sister, but got nothing.

did you mention the hidden elevator he gives it to you to help protect his sister

Not sure if its related, but before I even saved his sister I told him that we knew about his elevator. He gave me the Stryker before Legion pushed through the sector searching for civilians.

that's weird when i said that he told me to leave i had to rescue his sister first to get the stryker

Maybe my problem is that I saved his sister BEFORE talking to him. I just loaded an old save, he just says thanks for saving his sister, he will bring the civiliants to a safe place. Nothing about a Stryker :( I wouldn't like to play the whole mission again.

Can someone tell me where the Stryker is? Maybe I can find him although he says nothing about it. EDIT: Just saw a video, it would spawn next to the workshop.

yea i feel like you have to do all the side missions in order to get extra units or information i mean you could avoid them but you miss out on hints for future missions or extra loot

Speak to Kondo 1st (mentions Harry) > Speak to elder 2nd (gives south base mission) > take south base to free sister (triggers main assault) > Speak to Harry gives Stryker as reward.
