Other RTS games with unit customization and progression similar to Terminator: Dark Fate - Defiance

Does anyone know of any other RTS games with the same level of unit customization where you can add/remove items, level up and then take the units to the next level?

This is actually the third game on an engine that has most of the same features:

The only missing thing is removing/adding items and levelling up units, you still have units carrying over between levels and capturing enemy vehicles to bring into the next level. (in Syrian Warfare, in original Warfare, you instead have them automatically converted into points to spend on new units.)
