Squad assignment issues

In the resupply and rearm page of the story portion of the game pop up show up with must have one squad per army...had one ranger squad, one tank crew and one light wheel vehicle crew, pop up doesn't explain how to add a squad or reorganize to make a squad.

Oh and if you disband all of the army you go to a blank screen and pop up wont let you move on or even make new squads for the army!

Please assist.

Dont disband, you lose the units for manpower which can be used to reinforce your units that you actually own. If you disband everyone you would effectively have no units. Organizing just means replenishing lost gear/manpower and choosing which vehicle gets driven/ridden by which unit. Some missions allow you to only pick a few units to deploy. If you are referring to that then you just drag over their symbol into the respective slot. IE vehicles go in vehicle slots and infantry in the infantry slots all located on the right.
