Stuck on Hide from Legion Troops

All my units are in the field and for the past 30 minutes I'm just staring at robots going left and right across the map. What am I supposed to do here? I'm hiding all of my units are in the field, in fog area right below Grey sign. Doing nothing for the past 30 minutes is not interesting gameplay.

Abiquiu, New Mexico, right after heaven base defence mission

did you pick to stay and fight with the movers if so you have to wait for the "capture" to happen and then launch a counter attack

i myself am sitting at the end of the mission trying to figure out why i cant fix my recaptured tank

edit nevermind im just dumb and forgot to set my fuel truck to deploy so it never refueled

Looks like some script failed, I've reloaded, did the same, hiding in the field and now i did received message to attack them.
