Infinite enemy reinforcment is not a good mechanic please use it more sparingly
i understand you guys need to creat some difficulty for the player, but i don't think infinite reinforcement is it. while it is ok for some map to have enemy that have infinite reinforcement to make it feel like a big battle but it really really shouldn't be more than 3 in a game like this where player have to manage ammo and fuel. it really just add nothing but frustration on the players side. and Frustration is not fun. difficulty in game can be fun, but infinite reinforcement feel like you developer are too lazy to come up with a real challenge and pretty much just take the easiest path that is grind play down with human wave tactics.

the first two example that comes up to mind is Nueva Tougra, and Vegas you really didn't need to give AI infiniate reinforcment on those two map. On Oklahoma it is ok, but Nueva and Tougra is already enough of a grind you really don't need to padd more play time to the map. And it feel reall cheap on vega where they told you, you can cut off reinforcemnt if you take the highway and only to find out that it is a lie. don;t do that and please reconsider your development strategy.

I don't think it's really that bad, the missions that have infinite reinforcements that you can't cut off usually spawn very basic trash units that you barely notice if you deploy appropriate counters, and the ones that spawn actually dangerous units almost always have a way to cut them off. For me, it adds an incentive to play more aggressively when my usual instinct in these types of games is to turtle. Also makes you think a lot about coverage and map control, as opposed to just blobbing.

but why can't i turtle right it is a single player game if i want turtle i should be allowed to.
and senting you wave and waves of trash mob adds nothing to do the game but wasting the players time. please respect players time.

There really isn't much 'infinite reinforcements' in any mission. There's like a vehicle or squad that spawns every 5-10 minutes, but nothing you can't handle.

Realistic difficulty was only doable with artillery for me on the later missions, due to the constant reinforcements. My tanks could handle it, but every now and then a driver dies or vehicle explodes leading to a reload-reposition loop until I get past that wave. So artillery with rangers stealth spotting and not firing was how I handled most things. Even then i needed plenty of reloads.....90 hours and ive played through twice....lol.

The infinite spawn is there to allow you to farm XP for your squads. You need to abuse it in early missions to have some good squad perks because in later missions, the battles become much more chaotic

it is ok to have infinite spawn on some mission like the heaven retreat or Oklahoma mission because the factory is right there but not every other mission which is this is right now.

It's definately okay - more exp for your troops, more vehicles to capture, more weapons to loot. I see only benefits there. Also, for those who want to turtle down - perfect way to optimise your defense skills. A well prepared defense with defenders setup to crossfire and ambush enemies can trash any newcomer in seconds (be it infantery or tank).

Try to train a Mover sniper to get a third member and then give all Kongo laser guns with the one bought from Tortuga / or captured by dueling Furies. They can make short work of any vehicle so you can easily capture them
