Fort Worth?

Stealth part is killing me, Hard to get passed and to the junk yard.
Is it possible and or effective to, do the assault in 5 mins.

It's hard. I did prefer the stealth path. You should use Kondo and sneak around in the junkyard using the passive (stalth) stance. You shouldn't push with the first team of troops you get. Use your controlers on one tank (or both of them if you can), destroy the machines in the junkyard, use the third controler on an artillery piece, and use it to snipe the generator.

Skirt the bottom of the map and shoot up the right hand side with some long range firepower: ideally a TOW, but a Founder AT squad should work just fine as well. Granted, I play on baby mode, but I didn't find the time-limited assault to be anywhere near as stressful as trying to sneak around hunter platforms and spiders with infantry.

He has better equipment, the ability to emp and hack a unit, and I believe he (and his buddy can take a bit more punishment than a regular sniper unit.

All hero units have identical stats to non-Hero units with the same perks, sorry.

Good to know, well he still has EMP and hacking (and laser rifles).

Keep the camera on so you can follow enemy movement, left the light vehicle, set hold fire and move on foot, crawl next to map border, wait the patrol robot move away than move to the gang location.
