I figured it out finally after several more tries. The damn Integrator Infantry keep walking across the minefield along the eastern side of the southern checkpoint where they come in at. Not even my units' mines. Kinda BS if you ask me... Guess I'm going to have to reload the whole mission and have a unit that can clear those mines take care of them before anything starts, otherwise they're going to continue to keep walking over them.
I tell ya, I really like this game, but also really hate it. It's at once incredibly micromanagement-intensive and yet takes so much ♥♥♥♥ out of your hands and places it in the incompetent grip of the AI or RNG that it is incredibly frustrating. I've reloaded more saves in this game than pretty much any other RTS I've ever played. Smdh
