So at what moment in Oklahoma evac chopper should start evacing?

All I have left is to attack the legion base, no chopper spawned ever, the side mission just sits there since the beginning.

When you reached the side mission to call the Ranger HQ did you have the area secured? Because it seems enemy can destroy the helicopter. Either on it's way to rescue the rangers or on it's way back.

And it should spawn right away after the dialogue when you reach the side quest marker or short while after

There must be a bug somewhere, in my case the blackhawk was destroyed, i reloaded the game and it evacuated succesfully.
You will hear a few voicelines from the 2 officers.
But the blackhawk didn't come to help in the final mission either.
if you have the achievment, the heli should come.
Did you supress all 4 positions in the factory? it might be related to that

First time I didn't secure the area, then reloaded and moved more carefully - nothing spawned as far as I can tell. No new neutral/ally pips on the map, no any dialigue that'd indicate that the heli is down. Second time around there were no enemies on the line between HQ and evac point.

So I just assumed that maybe it'll spawn after the mission (didn't finish attacking the base yet, so wouldn't now if it's true) and now I really don't want to replay another reloadfest oklahoma was.

Didn't even come close to the factory yet, so it shouldn't be sequence break of any kind.

there are a few spiders in the north behind the buildings, clear the entire side.

It seems there could be a bug related to this, i would supress all 4 points and then go for the factory

Yeah, Imma not restarting this for this mission. Whole map is clear, no chopper ever spawned or was destoyed. Seems Balzano also didn't spawn, but what can you do - if you retreat form Abiquiu he dies there, I suppose, or it also bugged out.

There's always next playthrough, probably on medium difficulty since enemy numbers are rediculous.

1:12 hours for mission. Ha. It's more like 7 hours.
