No but you can find a setup that makes quads easier to control, check one of the other threads below this one

no they still are broken regardless of tune

Reducing tire pressure is the most effective, but this highlights how annoying the AI is! They accelerate extremely fast, completely defy gravity uphill, and pass water with minimal speed penalty

I prefer adjusting the camber because reducing tyre pressure reduces your top speed so much that I couldn't win qualifications in sports mode. Just pull back when coming down a hill and be gentle on the throttle when exiting corners
