Full Controller Support

Killed it for me. I own several racing games and that support for many of them killed it for me. Steam has just flooded it's platform for consoles and with ported console games to sell to PC gamers. Sad but true.

The game looks good but, it's not for PC, that's for sure. Don't get me wrong and I own a controller, Thrustmaster TMXpro w/shifter & Pedals but, I don't like spending my limited gaming time always trying to configure out how to make the game play right, all the time. Some times, tihs don't work like it's supposed to, when a game is designed for a console.

All games even on pc should support console controllers it's an option that allows everyone to play a game. Also it's an option that shouldn't bother anyone, and some people like myself are unable to play games with a keyboard/mouse I don't use my pc to go on the internet I use a tablet or my phone if I want to go on the internet.

Enjoy your controller based game. I like M & KB games. Not games made for consoles ported to PC for those who grew up on consoles.

You bring up a valid issue about the porting but using Steam controller SW makes it simple (and I despise game pads). I live for PC versions since 1989.
I finally dove into the SW and fixed the 'Left joystick for steering' thing in a heartbeat (assigning that function to the pads' right joystick).
ezpz and I am a 63 year old avid gamer.
I was literally about to go buy a TM wheel but hate spending a dime on HW after the board on my ECCI CDS 4000 wheel from 1997 died last year so this fix was great news, here.
Far from a wheel (though I can play, now)!

TrackMania United Forever was much easier to 'pad into'.
The i9 and RTX setup I built just crush them both.

i was wounded int iraq in my left forearm. shrapnel from an RPG severed all the tendons. i can't play very long using a keyboard because the pain gets overwhelming in my left wrist area. The tendons stick and moving fingers indvidually is not easy for and gets painful. If not for controllers i would not be able to game at all on PC
