Worth It to Buy this game?

Is it worth buying the game? the reviews are confusing. I like rally, I played games from codemasters

My thoughts exactly I was thinking about it but not if its going to crash all the time.

I recommend against buying this game. The gameplay itself is quite fun, but being able to get it to run on your pc without crashing constantly makes it unplayable.

I’ve tried multiple times to get it running without crashes to no avail. I’ve also upgraded my pc and thought maybe now it would work, but still same issue.

Buy it at your own discretion. Good luck if it works.

Nope, definitely not. I'm glad I got it for free on Epic, but I still haven't been able to play for more than a minute without it crashing. It's also over 60GB for some reason, which tells me the devs really don't know what they're doing, because there's absolutely nothing special about the graphics.

Sadly had to refund...constant stutters and CTD 5 times in first 60 mins.
Good game, sadly neglected....borderline unplayable.

I am a bit more lucky and get these famous Fatal Errors at the end of a stage, so progress is not lost. Maybe have a look at Dakar 18, which runs very stable and is cheap as hell (I paid here on Steam US$3.00. And Dakar 18 is more faithful to real the Dakar racing, without those fantasy race courses of Dakar Desert Rally.

I bought it despite the same doubts, the first 2.5 hours I thought I was lucky because I got no crashes, now they come every few races.

At first it was only after a race on end screen, but the stage was registered as completed. Today I had the first crash in the middle of a long race, and of course then everything is lost and you have to restart from beginning. Absolutely kills all motivation in a game like this with some really long stages (which is what the game is about).

I would love to play a good Dakar sim, but this is not it. I recommend against buying.
