How to play a reel dakar race?

With the 14 races.? Will it be possible? Or only event with 2 3 or 4 races?

Starting at level 27 in Simulation mode. A free DLC will be released next week that will add more km2 to the map and give you the option to play full Dakar 2020, 2021 and 2022 starting at level 27, 28 and 29 respectively.

At level 25, Simulation mode and the "Dakar Experience 2020" event are unlocked. This event consists of 3 stages: 1 stage of 350km and 2 stages of more than 450km. At level 26, "Dakar Experience 2021" will be unlocked which contains 4 stages.

And when you hit level 27, you need the free DLC coming out next week. When you download it, the entire Dakar 2020 with its 12 stages will be unlocked. At level 28 you will unlock Dakar 2021 and at level 29 you will unlock Dakar 2022.

14 stages were in South America. The 2020, 2021 and 2022 editions had 12 stages.

Did you reach level 25 and only let you run this stage or the full Dakar 2020? and lets you choose the vehicle, motorcycle, truck etc?

He is running "Dakar Experience 2020" event (unlockable at level 25) which contains 3 stages belonging to Dakar 2020.

To add some balance. After a little over 1 week of playing the game I'm level 26 so it's not that of a big deal to quickly advance through the game and unlock new events.

In a way I think it's a good thing that you have to wait to unlock simulation mode and longer stages. I think people diving straight into a 400+ km race in simulation mode could be hugely frustrated if they stuff up and have to restart. My first race in simulation mode of a full stage I finished 1st in stage 1. Great, but in stage 2 I had trouble with entering the checkpoints near the end of the stage and was "withdrawn". Took me several lengthy replays to figure out how to get into the checkpoint.

I would guess 1/3 of my time has been spent on replays. Getting less now as I get the hang of following the road book and navigator.

I wish the devs would put this info on the announcements channel for DDR on Discord. The chat channel is way too busy to follow.

Also, I'm at level 27 and am psyched for the full 2020 Dakar. However, I'm still hoping they will implement the two changes I've submitted, first to not make a player replay a stage if they came in lower than eighth, and second to optionally remove the speed limits for the car, truck and SxS classes as those are very brutal for some of us.
