The ticket was closed a long time ago as the fix was (and apparently still is) '''pending''', I don't see the need to reshare as the useable info from it was absorbed according to the person I talked to.

O jogo tem problemas gravíssimos de Crash. Do nada, sem uma razão aparente, surge uma mensagem de FATAL ERROR e o jogo fecha. Tentei dar print na janela que surge na tela, mas não consegui. Ao tentar colar em outro programa, surgiu a seguinte mensagem (ao invés do print da janela):

Cheguei a mexer em configurações de gráfico. Aparentemente deu certo por alguns momentos, tanto é que tenho 4 horas jogadas, mas, a partir de agora, na tela de ajustes do veículo, antes de iniciar a corrida, o jogo dá crash e não consigo mais jogar.

Uma pena não poder mais pedir reembolso. E uma pena não poder jogar esse jogo que, aparentemente, é excelente (quando ele nos permite jogar).

Precisamos que resolvam essa questão logo! Pagamos pelo jogo e vocês são os primeiros a dizerem que o produto não possui defeitos.

é mano ... esse problema tinha começado depois do lançamento, Resolveram o problema, e agora voltaram com o problema,
E nem vieram com grandes novidades... veio com mais bugs doke soluções..

I also getting Fatal Error all the time, support request was closed when i attached crash logs. Please resolve or allow downgrade, You should be able to solve it.

ngl, ive turned my graphics down and it helped a little still get the fatal error, imagine getting a game full price and not being able to play it lol
