Unlocking Hands (and Grinding Moon Coins)

I've completed all endings and most of the achievements, and am now working on collecting all artefacts. However, while checking my collection, I also noticed that I'm missing several hand types. I thought they would unlock by equipping eyes that change them into different kinds of hands (like the bamboo hand), but they don't show up in the book. I also see that there's supposedly more varieties of hands, so I'd appreciate if someone could tell me where to find those.

In addition, is there a means to grind moon coins in this game? I also need to buy some more cards but I'm running low on them.

you buy hands from mania the red bandage guy if you finished the game you can find him in the first area after you destroyed time in the shop, there 7 types left and right you have to buy them both(not together nor at the same time) to get achievement . memory cards you have to see all three variants to complete the collection just go to the moon room above the apartment////////// new cycle is the best why to collect coins. there are a card only you get after the mystery ending

sometimes some eyes and mouths are behind battles or secret bosses.
They don't tell you what battle it is, you clear it then they show up.
just do every battle really.
