This isn't a dealbreaker or anything, it's a lovely game... but that should be addressed. allow the game to be closed with the ESC button or something (preferably with a yes/no prompt asking to make sure).
Because on a console, you never quit from inside the game, you pull up a system overlay menu, or return to the home screen, and quit from there. Technically the 'official' way to quit this game is the same, but having to alt-tab, win-key, ctrl-esc, alt-f4, etc is how we close things that are broken, usually.
What's worse is that the developer doesn't seem to be around to acknowledge this, which is why I ultimately refunded this. It's a cute game, but if a dev isn't around on day 1, 2, or so far 3 to address anybody's questions or concerns, that's always a bad sign IMO.
I know I said earlier that it wasn't a dealbreaker.. but it's expensive and I didn't like the gameplay that much anyway. I love the presentation, and all the interactivity, but it was ultimately not quite fun enough for $30. Maybe in the future on sale.
The devs posted a news on Sept 13th
"Contact Information for In-Game Issues
(...)
please get in touch via the Contact page on our official website."
meaning they might not be checking the forums much... (perhaps they dont have english people and/or need to translate everything... just speculation here)
