Does anyone have a guide for Deenine or how to beat her? I think I am quite weak and am not sure on what to do?

Here's what I did. Get both girls' ero and lewd stats high enough to do the 3rd prostitution quest everyday for money, max out Store asap for more AP and Conditioning Room at the same time to quickly train ero and lewd. Once you start making a decent income, max out gym and item shop last. Designate one girl as your money maker and have her do the 3rd prostitution quest twice everyday. Your other girl is your fighter for arena battles, start training up all her battle stats (you don't need that much HP, about 300-400 is good enough for the entire game). You can supplement stat growth with elixirs from the shop (you should have more than enough money to buy out all elixirs everyday). Aim to have all your stats higher than the next opponent, and focus on str. I easily beat Deenine on first try with Sigrid at 630 HP, 186 str, 140 phy, 107 wil, 90 agi. Deenine wastes alot of turns using weak attacks, so just burn her down asap with superior stats before she starts using her multihit attacks.

I did the same thing as Demrincar is suggesting. I only used Koharu as my fighter and Sigrid as my money maker. sadly even though i won all the fights this way i still got the dark ending. i won but i lost....how sad.
