Got the platinum trophy for this on PS5, and it was awful from start to finish. It's neither Senran Kagura nor Neptunia. There are very few characters with no customization, only like 6 or 7 different enemies which are recolored and renamed as if variants were any different and ten small lazy maps. No amusing gimmicks, no real RPG elements either.
After the sorry excuse for a story you get to grind relatively hard challenges with some gameplay aspects removed like switching characters, special skills or throwing weapons. Meaning the endgame is even less fun to play.
It's just lazy and terrible. You'd regret buying and playing it even if it was 10 bucks.

We deserve better.

Sorry, not Sisters Generation, meant Sisters Vs. Sisters. Sisters Generation was the mk2 subtitle IIRC

i was afraid of this. not enough senran to keep it nice and spiecy, and not enough neptunia to make it fun.

lemme guess, the vcombnat is closer to hyperdminension rebirth combat, minus the turn based?
opr is it closer to that wreched Vtuber neppy game we recently got on steam?


__ PS if the combat is closer to 4 goddesses online, that would be fine. thats a dang good neppy game, imo.
the combat is fun and snappy.

Totally agree!! When the developers posted the Q&A recently, I commented these questions.

Why did you remove features like costumes and accessories? With only 1-2 each.

Why can’t I view 3D models of the characters?

Where’s the interactive character viewer like in senran kagura?

Why only 1 mini game? That isn’t even good, which can be skipped with an item.

Where’s the clothing mechanics? Why don’t clothes rip like in senran kagura?

Why only ~5 variations of battle? (Kill all enemies, kill certain type, kill x# in the time limit, etc.)

Where’s the character battles? I want to fight Asuka against Vert! But caaaaaan’t…

Is this game an improvement for neptunia dimension? Improvement for senran kagura?

When was the last time there was a mainline neptunia game or senran kagura game? Both of them stopped progressing and starting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out side games. The mainline games of both series were decent. Nothing spectacular mind you. but I think about 2016/2017 for each series. After than it was just ♥♥♥♥ side games.

VII and Shinobi Versus/Estival Versus were great.
