Sudden crashes

Hello everyone~

I've seen several threads about people getting crashes suddenly without warning.

Some people have already proposed fixes saying that the issue may be your anti-virus software, and by white listing the game on your anti-virus this may stop the crashing.

If adjusting your anti-virus didn't stop the crashing, then please create a report here: https://ifisupport.cayzu.com/Tickets/Create

ya i'm crashing in mid game. I'll try turning off anti-virus

So I just scanned all of the files with Windows Defender and it didn't report that anything was off.

I feel it may be an NVIDIA thing because I went to install it on the Steam Deck and it worked perfectly on there for 3+ hours. (Steam Deck uses an AMD graphics card)

Back on my main computer (GTX 1660 Ti) it'll just crash whenever it feels like. I notice it crashes more often (at least for me) during the 2D cutscenes.

Another fix for this is to go to the games folder right click "Neptunia x SENRAN KAGURA Ninja Wars.exe" select properties > Compatibility select Run As Administrator

Antivirus exclusion helps but it still crashes sometimes in the 2D dialogue sections

No antivirus over here. Just Defender (Win 10) and the crashes are occurring in the 2D dialogue sections.

If you guys need more info, or DXdiags (are they still a thing?) please let us know where to send them.

Yup game still crashed on 2d dialogue. anti-virus thing only helped for a little while.

my crash does not happen when i play, more when i try to quit the game, (but after Excluding the Neptunia x SENRAN KAGURA Ninja Wars.exe file in my Anti-virus it works with no issues)
i have logged a support ticket for it.

I was having trouble getting the controller to be recognised at first, doing a whole bunch of things including looking at my anti-virus before it just suddenly decided to work (and no it wasn't an issue with the controller itself as I played a different game to test it and it was fine) but then during random cutscenes the game crashed.
I was streaming all of this so can back up what I say.

Did the whole exception thing and run as admin stuff, thought it might be fine but eventually crashed again. Submitted the dxdiags stuff, so fingers crossed it's helpful.
