Map Icon Color Meaning

Hey there! Amazing game!

I just beat the campaign and was wondering what the different colors of the flag icons mean on the world map? Is there a fast way to tell what scans can be "rescanned" for the post game?

I think uncompleted scans (this includes stamina orbs and hats) are just grey, even in the postgame. Red is undiscovered, and green is 100% completed (i.e. scan finished, hats found, orbs found).

Adding to this, areas that you previously cleared may turn grey again in the postgame, when the new content is added.
