"Check Weapon Skins for a Small Reward" but nothing is there

I just 100%'d the game, and a text box says "check your weapon skins for a small reward." I check, and... nothing. Am I missing something? I restarted the game and looked again, to no avail. Is this a bug? Am I just blind? Thanks

If there is an arrow leading to an objective, walk up to it, and it should confirm the task and then it should appear, it happened to me as well and found just walking back up to the arrow and letting the text load worked.
