When you join a game thru steam invite it should ask u which profile to load, choose a profile and I should join. If thats not working try to join through the in game browser, load a game then go to join coop and choose ur friends game there.

I think I'm having the same issues as the person you responded to, or similar. Problem is, when my I accept the invites that my friend sends me--nothing happens. The game doesn't even ask me to load a profile. Also, I can't see his server in the browser when he hosts, nor can he see mine. For some reason, there is also no working "invite friends" prompt in steam or in-game when I'm the one hosting.

Game seems rad, and I loved Severed Steel so I'm sure I'll enjoy the single-player regardless, but I was rather looking forward to coop. Some help would be appreciated! =)

EDIT: I'm able to join his game now, it finally popped up in the browser! Still not able to invite him to mine for some reason, but no worries!

1. The NoHeathPickups scan modifier does not work, for example, go to Desert Ruins, and start the bonus scan with no perk modules enabled and upon killing enemies you can see health pickups spawn.
2. Starting a bonus scan with a [WeaponType]sOnly modifier while having select None for that weapon type (no valid weapons available) causes the game to freeze when trying to switch weapons.

At arctic HQ I started the "the floor is lava" mode. Now my entire map is lava and i cant shoot enemies therefor my entire game is not playable.

There is a floor is lava perk. Did you enable that by mistake?

I tried to play the game but I couldn't enter. I've entered my profile name as well as set
the difficulty to frost point, then when I click create, nothing happens at all. Am I missing something?

edit: I'm playing the demo.

Does this still happen when your friend loads singleplayer?

I encountered the same issue. This problem also occurs in single player mode.

I can't use the pick axe or melee in post game. Do I need to re-unlock it, or is that a bug?

Sometimes they get unequipped, you can re equip in load out menu.

I destroyed the last weak point on the satellite with my pickaxe and now can't use melee anymore? Like, pressing F does nothing anymore

See the comment right above. I had a similar issue. Maybe that'll fix it for you.

lets see if this actually posts.

- when falling out of bounds, if you press shift + tab rather than just tab then it opens what looks to be the map. you cannot maneuver the map and you also cant close it with tab, shift or 'M'. needs a restart.

- fell on one of the scan boxes you get perks from, got stuck and had to reset. could not jump, grapple or combustion out

- this one is the worst because i basically need to start a new save. when you beat the game and click respawn as the credits roll, you lose the ability to reload, shoot, grapple, switch abilities, use abilities and it never comes back. not even closing the game entirely and starting up the save again.

I grabbed the demo because I wanted to give this a shot after seeing a YouTube video on it and wanted to give it a shot but I won't even launch. Like it doesn't even seem to try before closing. No error message or new window or anything, the button just goes from Play, to Stop, back to Play. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and verifying the files but I got nothing new

I've managed to collect all of the artifacts and arrived at the location where you need to place them in order to reach the satellite, but the door won't open to the chambers. Best I can do is place the artifacts via the open window slits but that's it. Am I missing something or is the door glitched?
