So wth am I waffling on about?

If you didn't know already Greylock studios made Severed Steel its usually heavily discounted and rated Overwhelmingly Positive and if you haven't played it you absolutely should, right now its -90% off and the price of a cup of coffee:

Moving on I just wanted to share my experience of hanging around and watching the first game they released grow and evolve. It should give us all some indication of whats in store in the future for Echo Point Nova.

Severed Steel despite its initial release with a relatively short campaign received many free content updates over a period of three years (some shipped on initial release). Anyway I wanted to highlight the development teams dedication to adding replay value to their games. Severed Steel features (aside from the campaign) a Firefight mode, a Roguelike mode, Steam Workshop & Custom maps, Bonus campaigns, Procedural Daily Challenges, Leaderboards, Mutators and much more.

Now I'm not stating that's the case here with Echo Point Nova, aside from custom maps and Steam Workshop I have no idea whats coming but you can rest assured not many developers show the same levels of dedication when it comes to extending the life of a game.

Fingers crossed we're in for a treat!

Severed Steel was a game I was surprised by in the best way, I thought it was incredible. The support the developers poured into it after its release was a nice surprise as well.
