Island Above Sky Temple

There's a large island waaaaaaaaay above the sky temple, I'm not sure how to get up there. any ideas?

i cataputled me otu of the wreckage area and used surf on walls to grind and get a extra grapple under the area to get up. that also workd

However I'm still tryna find the last secrets, one in dungeon, one in the wind temple, and one in arches.

I just went on top of the Wind Temple area and used the air jump ability and the hook to boost myself lmao
that and the double jump
until i could grapple up there :3
