Slow down time while aiming, and adrenaline.

This is an incredibly fun setting to play around with I hope it remains in the full release.
Alternatively consider a slider for the length of time adrenaline runes for. I would love to be able to trade a longer cool down for a longer use time.

yeah I will probably keep it. I might have it use adrenaline too.

Hmm come to think of it in severed steel easy mode had unlimited bullet time and rest of modes had limited. maybe I will do something similiar here.
