How do I recruit monster girls in this game?

How to cure them?

Once you have defeated the Queen Bee, go back to the town and do a couple of events there.
After you have slept at the inn and progressed the story there, you unlock the ability to recruit monster girls.

Some monsters such as the Bee Girl have a random chance after you defeat them, others such as boss monsters have special requirements.

We'll be adding some items in the next update that'll let you boost the chances to recruit a monster.

Out of curiosity. What are the odds of curing the monster girls with that random chance after the battle and what monster's are included in that end of battle cure chance if I may ask?

All monster girls that aren't bosses are included in the end of battle cure chance.

Without the friendship bracelet it is around a 25% chance.
With the friendship bracelet equipped it is 50%.
