Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

Any guidance on how to complete this quest? I have gone to both islands east of Goldeka and there is the hole with mimics and a small forest with wolf girls. I have spent ages in the forest fighting wolf girls in case something shows up that isn't a wolf girl, but now I feel like that is a waste of time...

I have done all the quests in Version 3 to the "end" of this version. I have captured the rare monster girl (Dryad, Wish?) and returned to Room 626, and have found no place to turn it in.
So, it's still in my log as well, and I can not find where to turn it in.
