What area can I find the Cow Girl (Elf-cowgirl)? I have not been able to find her with a new team after release 3. I have her before, but have not seen her yet in this version.

She's holed up in an abandoned lab west of the Border Village. Get a password to unlock a safe, which has a tool, that you use to fix a terminal, which will then unlock her cell. Read the Journal entry in there, and she'll show up.
Kinda racking my brain trying to figure out how she got out in the first place... :P
