1:5:1 error no region ping

Hi Everyone, so that you know.
After years, the game still spams you with a 1:5:1 error and no region ping. I tried several solutions, including copying the ini file from the game installation folder to the F76 folder in "My Games" and allowing Fallout76.exe through the Windows firewall (despite no missing files and the app being allowed in the firewall).
Checked Ports: 80 (TCP), 443 (TCP), 3000-3010 (UDP)
Flushed DNS, Checked NAT, (got public IP)
Switched from wired to wireless connection and vice versa.
Tried to connect using my mobile data (so completely different ISP)
Reinstalled the Game.
Tried to adopt the following PowerShell solution that worked for MS Game Pass users;
cmd /c mklink "%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Fallout 76\Fallout76.ini" "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 76 Playtest\i"
I also tested installation on nVME, SDD, and HDD as I thought it could impact it in any way.

I've requested a refund as none of the above worked for me. I know that Bethesda games are buggy, but for the love of godz.

I'm happy that some of you can enjoy the game without any issues (like my friends on Friday night, lol). Hope that the hints listed above will help someone. If I've missed anything please nudge me.

YYYYEP, I was surprised when it started downloading the game all over again, when I already had a working version in my system. I said to myself this is going to ♥♥♥-up I know it. And sure enough the 'no region ping 1:5:1:' error message.
....check please(refund) - "WE'RE OUTTA HERE!"
