Fallout 76 public test server error Failed to get a token. Code 3:0:562949953421315]

Windows 11 up to date
Quite fopts and attempted to relaunch 20 minutes later
Please stand by displays
Load screen appears with "press any button"
Press shift and game appears to load then suddenly shows token message. "Failed to get a token. Please try again later. Provide this code to Fallout 76 support for more information. [3:0:562949953421315] "

Pressed shift tab select exit game > confirm.
Once back to library wait for game to close and quit application > steam menu > exit

Ensure still connected to Wi-Fi
Restart PC
Once powered back up and logged in, launch steam and attempt to launch game again. Same issue. Close game following same previous steps. Attempt to launch fallout 76. No issue.

Any suggestions? Is it possible the test servers just bogged down?

Steam menu > settings > downloads select clear cache date.
Issue not resolved after close and restart

I uninstalled both fo 76 and pts , quit and relaunch steam app (windows 11 pro)
reinstalled pts : connected via lan ; same issue.
cleared cache in downloads via stteam setting menu, same issue
changed to a different wifi same issue.
removed steamn via Bethesda.net account , re-added : same issue.
seriously, it was working fine and then less than an hour late i l restart and THIS issue "3:0:562949953421315" .... for the love of mike
