Antonio will not respond

I was at the point where everyone was in the Rose room, getting ready to confront Antonio, but could not get him to respond. Started over with an Alt and got past that but now we're in the kitchen standing over the corpse of the devil and he won't respond again.

Sins of the Father is the quest line. My quest objectives are Confront Antonio or Return to Gene. I go back to the city but the hole we used to get into the lab has been fixed. AGGGGhHH But man, does the city look great!

UPdate: Still can't talk with Antonio. I've tried a couple of different alts and we all get stuck at this point. I'd like to finish this quest.

UPdate 2: I've been able to get past talking with him in the kitchen and have made it all the way to where I've dropped off the 5 bags of pheromones, at which point he won't talk with me again

UPdate 3: Ok, was able to talk with him and finish the quest. One rough spot,
At the cut scene where we met up with Abby after she leaves the lab, we kept getting attacked by the overgrown, forcing the cut scene to start over and over again.
