Game does not launch at all

Base game or prequel - all the same. After i run the executable game proccess appears in taks manager and thats all. With base game i have some different behavior - after some period of time it opens transparent window with something like "movie player" title. And then stuck too.

Process appearing but not doing anything... Can only take guesses there really. Could try stuff like deleting the sysfile3.sav in Documents\metalogiq or running as admin
