Angel fragment on fish tank level.

Does anyone know where it is or can give me a hint. As i can't find it at all. The brightness on my screen makes it hard to see if it in water or on fishes. If dev reads this at least make Tess 2 fragment and angel one a different colour as black very hard to see and maybe a little bigger as tess 2 was very lucky i hit it.
