No, I dont think they paid 7M usd to Sweet Baby, that would be ridiculous, but lets say that even if they paid 200k usd, the game hasnt made that back in sales after Steam etc, taxes have been taken away from the game revenue.
Imagine, Sweet Baby is the only one who got paid from this, even though theyre what caused this. Well, I guess that THE NEXT TIME the mythical unicorn called MODERN AUDIENCE will be around, and us Toxic White Men can be ignored. I am sure it will happen!
The steam community hub does not show any figure when it is below 300. So it means that less than 300 players are playing this game on steam at this moment.
you not being able to see that if there are only 600 players on PC and that those numbers are somehow not correlating to other platforms just means you're retarded, despite not being able to see what those actual numbers are.
It would be different if, say, there was some disadvantage to ONLY PC players, whether it be a higher price, optimization, whatever -- doesn't matter, that cause for a 600 player count, on launch day, for steam users.
Stop the cope.
It is probably slightly higher on XBOX Game Pass because its free so why not play it, but the numbers are going to be similar.
This is further proven by the fact it is ALREADY DISCOUNTED ON STEAM. Like seriously, what type of successful game that is so beloved and hyped gets discounted after a few days? None. Games that have the opposite qualities do.
the media is their head. then everyone clapped
Would it matter what media said that it's selling poorly because it got released on a thursday?
It is, in fact, selling poorly every day of the week so far.
Caring about the media and the day of the week is a pointless nitpick. Sold poorly on the thursday it was released. It will also sell poorly on the following thursday, and so on.
I know you people don't pay attention to anything besides what your cult leaders tell you, but like half of all new releases get a 10% discount when they launch, including "successful" and "beloved" games. It's been this way for like literally a decade. Flintlock being 10% off means nothing lol
Flintlock also wasn't hyped. It got barely any marketing at all.
Go ahead and show some evidence of this please. It's impossible to believe at face value.
Link to the pricing history of the games you mean.
