Bone Key?

I just got one from the first Revenant, but don't see a chest specifically marked as a Revenant Chest anywhere. Where's the chest?

Im woundering the exact same thing cuz i fought him again and was able to use the second key from a revenant but not the first one

The key is used for the chest after the secondary boss it is just not erased from your inventory after that and stay in your inventory.

This. It's just the key to the chest the Revenant was guarding.

It's weird, though, because I've beaten and looted three revenants so far and only one key is in my inventory.

I also double backed after seeing this key to look for another chest.

same theres a chest you open after you beat him in front of the coffee shop maybe thats it

It was not the chest by the coffee shop because I opened it and I did not use the key.
