Im tired of every potentially promising game turning into a woke nightmare.

We play video games to have a good time. No one wants a constant political lecture on social ‘equality’ or the ‘LGBTQ’ agenda.

The main purpose of a video game should be entertainment.

For those who will undoubtedly ask me to define woke… here it is:

Wokism is a form of blantant political pandering.

Unnatural placement of social inclusivity is considered woke… Especially when it comes to the DEI / ESG placements that Sweet Baby Inc is known for.

Examples are:

LGBT - Gender inclusivity (to the point of excluding regular people)

Racial equality resulting in bias and counter-productivity. (replacing certain demographics)

Challenging biological standards. Especially scientific biological facts. (A man can also be a woman)

Challenging traditional beauty standards (some saying that it’s subjective)

Body positivity despite it being quite harmful.

The Left in American politics started the use of the term, and it got co-opted against their identity-political agenda... so it's funny how Lefties in America pretend that it has no meaning, considering it was one of their buzzwords until it became inconvenient (the negative associations outside their circles eclipsed the "positive" associations of the term inside their circles).

1913 is a good suspect root-year for the bigger mess.
It escalated from the 1920's to 40's but definitely got worse post-war.
Eisenhower even warned about people in government that didn't want the proverbial-party to stop.

Woke is basically what the left call progressive, with pejorative connotations, thus from a normal person’s perspective it is regressive e.g. anti white racism, puberty blockers for kids etc
