Just run the game after the night off. I am at level 890 fighting against enemies that have 5 abilities and 6 legendary weapons. I have 13 abilities but no removal of enemy abilities or equipment so I get stuck on almost every enemy. I will try spending few minutes to update my equipment with free shop restock (240 seconds), maybe I will get to 900 and defeat the boss in a reasonable amount of time and maybe there is a good ability waiting for me there which will let to push to 1000 otherwise I am going to reset the run and try to do some challenge instead.
there are 36 rotation powers, but once you have them you unlock procedural powers, there's an entirely new power every day.
the amount of mastery required to unlock new rotation powers increases rather sharply, i wouldn't suggest blindly taking them all right away but to instead focus on getting the best ones.
Is there a list for the rotations powers anywhere to see which are worth grabbing when?
Initially I did some mastery runs to 300, first road block when enemies get their powers. Now I can do a normal run to 3500, buy some items and do several runs to 1100 until all those items disappear on reset with 5% chance. So I am getting some more masteries before progressing further. I have enough for a week more and many more powers that can be masteried to 1100, so I feel safe that I won't need to skip some. And most likely I will progress further and be able to run them to 2000 or something.
Wait, what do you mean "used gems"? You used gems to rotate available powers so you can choose another? Seems like a waste of gems as you can just reset and do another run. I instead invested in auto-story (finally no stops while idling to click through story) and permanent stat multipliers.
Never seen it. I just take all of them. It may make a pool of available powers worse if you add some useless ones to it, but you gotta collect them all anyway.
Edit: spent few hours mastering powers and got most of those that I have to 1100-1500. So now I have 11 rotation powers and can get another 11 new powers from it. Managed to clear boss at level 3500 and got to 5000 before getting stuck again (I could have gotten further if I didn't set skills specifically for 3500). And I finally found universe reset (who knew you can scroll down on Blood screen...)! It will make mastering powers so much easier. So I don't think it is neccessary to skip buying all rotation powers as soon as you see them.
