Yes? It's pretty easy even.

just crit both for 210 K with a spell in the last difficulty. keep trying you'll beat it.

Hmm. I've never seen a damage number anywhere near that. I suppose that would be my problem, then.

stacking debuff is the key, burn is good for attack speed user, bleed attack dealer and frost for spell caster. you can achieve absurd number or attack speed with that, having some heroes dedicate to that help a lot. the frost elemental (the one where i crit at 210K) is something when you can stack insane stack of freeze. the spell already do +5% damage per frost stack and frost add a multiplicative +3% stack add a crit for 300% and there you go. nothing crazy in build on it just had a lot of freeze application.

How do you not just get insta-killed by the knife hand, though? This guy tears me up every time, even dudes with 300 defense.

Health and healing is more valuable than just defense imo. Defense soft caps out at like 70% damage reduction pretty quick, but health scales forever if you get the right stuff.

Ay this got me there, thanks m8ies. Actually ended up doing it with a weird summon build and a wild omnicrit Emily. Flynn, sadly, did not live to see the victory. Poor guy.

Increasing max hp trivializes pretty much everything. Focusing on it is basically an auto win.

That said, if you don't go the max hp route, it's still fairly easy to do when you keep in mind the split damage attack it has. The knife hand only really hurts if you let it hit one target. Give it multiple and it becomes functionally useless. If your units are positioned well then the damage mostly tickles.

This was barely enough to beat Adventurer/Challenger, either shield tech or leech with stacking spd is defo the way to go. For Challenger you need insane single-target because your team just splits between three golems most of the time and it becomes impossible to dps through the green golem heals. Maxxing one guy like that frost ele above might be easier now when I think about it.

You can 1-man this game afaik on any difficulty if you get lucky with perks/items. So yeah it's doable :)

You need that Tank that looks like Nasus/Anubis that has shields. You give him 2x +shield received items (best is that shield that multiplies shield and healing), and that Legendary item which summons a mammoth while increasing your etheral dmg. Also Relics that increase etheral dmg help a lot. You literally build up immortal shields that explode dealing 200k+ hits (not even crits) and you can just milk it even more if you start your run with that in mind.

The flaming hands ended up melting my team on Adept. I'm not sure how, I think the adds got out of control.

Not sure what difficulty y’all are playing on but shield builds trivialize everything up till Flame Master. Still trying to figure out how to beat that difficulty myself.

The key is to figure out which stat you can use to scale off everything else. As it happens shield can increase crit and attack, as well as propagate to the rest of the team with the right legendaries. Attack can provide shield on hit and there you go, automatic feedback loop. You can sorta do the same thing with max hp but I find it to be less direct which means you end up needing more setup. Also doesn’t have the ability to propagate like shield does.

i must of skipped something I dont understand, how do you access act 4? I've beaten everything else on the hardest setting.

First time I beat it was on Flame Master, funny enough. Just had to find the right exponential growths, and yeah, positioning bunched up against the knife was big.

It's kind of like StS. You have to do 3 different fights that you make harder. There's a little button you hit to get the pieces you need to go past the 3rd boss. One from a normal fight, one from an elite, one from a boss fight.
