Controller Problem

Im using an Afterglow xbox 360 controller to play the game and its no longer working as it should.

In the beginning it worked correctly except the analog stick reacted like using the keyboard,then the game was patched and it worked perfectly.

Later the game was patched again and now the controls are all mapped to the wrong keys making it unplayable. A fix would be appreciated.
