Pro Guard Achievement not "Popping" up

I've been at this achievement for a while now, and I've also used the guide with practically all the licence plates. And yet, I can't seem to get the achievement. I don't know if there's an ending I have to do or something. If anyone could help, I'll be happy.

Hey there.
You shouldn't have to have done all the endings to get it, and if done correctly you should always get ending 1.
Obviously never let the last car in (the black ghost car) as it isn't counted and would lead to ending 5. You always know which car it will be as it spawns directly after the 'Behind you...' event.
Unfortunately with how I wrote the guide, I had to keep pressing new game and then write down/cross-reference all the license plates that appeared on the PC. Therefore I feel like there must be 1-2 I'm still missing as I haven't come across them due to the RNG nature of it. So if any of the ones I missed spawn in your game then you'd be wrongly turning them away.
Worst comes to worst you can even add me and I'd be down to talk you through it as you play. Sorry that you've been having this issue, I do feel a little responsible.

No problem, just looking to help. It's much more likely to be a fault with my guide than with the game itself.
I will say Scottish Pal that I've updated the guide as recently as today to add a few more I had missed, so it might be worth trying at least 1 more run.

Edit: Wow, I did not realise I'd missed quite so many. I've added at least 10+ today, have been working a bit too much recently to update it as much as I'd like, sorry about that. Should have a much better chance of getting it now. I dare say it may even be an almost complete list now but I'll definitely be checking more in the next few days for any that slipped through the cracks.
