about the theory upgrade,exchange. I can't find where i can do with those after the soul of gauss. like soul of euler or soul of fib or laplace. Do i just haven't unlock them or i miss something?

You get a bonus on your theory speed for those (secret of square applies to the first, secret of universe to the second, and so on). Up to 50 souls/percent linear, afterwards declining. Would not rule out, that there will be upgrades that can be purchased with those pieces too at a later point.
