what does Fibonomnom debuff +0.01 actually do? like does it make it harder or easier?

there is no freaking way a reward makes the game more difficult to play.

it makes Fibanomnom easier to defeat by reducing the negative effect of slowed down attack speed

Thats what I figured but it seemed a bit odd with how it was phrased

Just got one of these to drop. The combat effect shows as -1% in the lefthand panel.
The loot drop results window says " effect of Fibanomnom" though. XD

What's interesting is that that 1% is acting more like 2.3% (that is, I can't figure out how the debuff is calculated and my attack time is 97.7% of what it was without the drop).

and the star shows it as purple while the loot window seems to show it as orange now
