Math Skill 2 is useless
My Enemy Growth Reduction was at 90% (0.074) before getting any Math Skill 2, but after getting to 1.11k Math Skill 2 my EGR hasn't changed at all. What's the point of MS2 if it doesn't bypass the enemy growth reduction cap that you're basically required to hit before reaching Quantum Quirk (who gives MS2) in the first place?

It does stack, simply that Math2 is much slower to take effect. Together they can cap out at a combined 99% reduction, but this will require many millions of Math2.

Iirc, it took around 4k Math2 to even appear on the calculations as 90.001% reduction.

Yeah, each bit of MathSkill2 is a really really tiny amount. You need 4 or 5 decimal points of precision to see it.

Thanks guys, I only just saw it myself. At about 1.8k math skill 2 it increased from 90% to 90.001%

What i did is rare reroll to get math skill 2 on quantumQuirk. Then nuke mode off and scavenger mod as high as possible to keep as long as possible without having to reroll.

I currently have +8.12e07 which give me -98,792%

It is really really usefull for challenges which required high difficulty

Yeah I'm sitting at 38.9 million math skill 2 which gives a 97.191% reduction and it's working wonders. I've been switching between farming MS2, attack speed, and rare drop rate.

Somehow you folks are getting much better numbers than I do. I'm happy, if I get a math 2 every couple of minutes while actively searching for it. Got it a bit under 100 thousand with an enemy growth reduction at 90,029 by now, and that took me a lot of hours of brainless clicking. My rare chance drop rate does not really grow a lot either.

it was balanced around being a journey for the average player at the stage of the game, but that being said there's plenty that are very very post endgame that maxed it in a day, the key is attack speed the more you have the faster you progress in all aspects, and it somewhat snowballs, but that's intentional too

I'm trying to delay the really heavy attack speed grinding (though I consider 0,003 on single hits already kind of quick), until I got the last square root challenge down. Might still take a while, until I am there, but somehow it feels weird to max out the very attribute, that would benefit from clearing the challenge, to clear it.

You'll find farming math skill2 significantly easier if you can unlock scavenge mode from reaching .002 tta. Every time you manage to find it turns out to be far more effective that way.

I also tried delaying attack speed grinding until after doing the last root challenge, but to even reach the point of beating the last root challenge it helps having a higher attack speed to farm math skill 2 in the first place. Even if without the bonus it was worth farming attack speed to the point where it wasn't improving much per enemy. When my attack speed was lower I would actively speed up the grinding by lowering the scavenger mode between whatever I was grinding for. Doing this I could farm significantly faster than simply being afk. Grinding rare drop rate while sleeping was pretty much essential though to improve farming.

9.6e7 Math2 and my reduction is 98.98358%, I went from not being able to touch Professor challenges to steamrolling Fibanomnom (haven't tried the last one yet, going to set it up overnight)

I'd pushed attack speed a bunch so that push only took a day or two and it was totally worth it.

Today I finally reached 99% enemy growth reduction and it's pretty darn sweet.
you can increase it a litte more with the Lamé design. helps sometimes.

math1 1.7e8, math2 1.1e8 for 98.9% around T85 ,easy to get and massive effect
no sure if what i miss is math1 for 99 but focusing in the stat its crazy how much it gives comparing to normal

The effect from Math 1 effectively caps around 600k while Math 2 effectively caps around 600m.
