i can't change the amount of nuke mode

the only options i have for nuke mode is off and X10

Not sure of the exact number per multiplier, but you have to get enough kills to unlock each of the multipliers higher than x10. But considering your post is an hour old at this point, you might have already figured that out by now.

I haven't figured it out either, but it seems like you need a certain number of kills on the next enemy to get the nuke values over x10

Eg, when I needed the nuke modes for Gamma, I eventually got them while I was fighting Napir.

I thought it was based on difficulty reached until checking due to this thread. I checked my available nuke multipliers on Quantum Quark and found I had x10000 unlocked even though I can't beat higher than difficulty 50. I did not mean to make it sound as though someone is stupid for not knowing.
