Quantum Quirk Rare Defense2% is 10x higher than the others?

Not sure if it's just a thing that the Dev put the decimal in the wrong spot or something, but I'm getting Def2% rolls around 600-800%; while the Atk2% and HP2% are more like 60%-80%.

This is with equation IX at about 1750, X at 1850, XI at 1750, XII at 1250, XVII at 520; with the Bonfire design equipped.

I'm just not sure why Def2% would be so much higher other than it was misplacing the decimal; unless it was an intentional thing by the dev to make reaching high enough stats for Square Root challenge reasonable (I'm not complaining if that's the case, it'll still take a couple weeks to get stats high enough, just not months/years as before Quantum Quirk).
